Strawberry Rava laddoo recipe with step by step instructions.తెలుగు వెర్షన్.
I use to prepare these Rava laddoos regularly. like at least twice in a month.as it’s my daughter’s favorite recipe. but this time, I thought to make it a little different. that day I found some fresh strawberries in a supermarket. I bought 2 packets. later I got an idea of making laddoos with strawberries.so I googled it and found nowhere. I prepared the notes on my own and tried the recipe. the laddoos came out really well. my husband and daughter liked them very much.
I was about to edit and upload the video immediately. but I thought “what if the strawberries aren’t available when you want to prepare them”.as they aren’t available in all the seasons at all regions. then I got an idea of making them with the strawberry crush or jam. I have tried that version and they turned out too good. but the difference is that these laddoos are little colorful and flavorful.as the manufacturers add the coloring and flavoring agents.
if you want to prepare these laddoos with fresh strawberries, you need to add 3/4 cup of sugar.or if you prepare them with strawberry crush you then 1/2 cup of sugar is enough.as the fruit crush already contains sugar. whatever the procedure you may use, but don’t forget to cool down the strawberry sauce and milk before combining them. otherwise, the milk splits and curdles.
next time I’m going to try the same Rava laddoos with either litchi crush or pineapple crush. I will let you know the result in the same post after trying. I hope you try and enjoy this colorful, flavorful and yummy recipe.
