Pudina Dahi Chutney Recipe with step by step instructions.తెలుగు వెర్షన్.
This chutney tastes really good.it used as a dip for kebabs and tandoori dishes.also be used as a dip for snack items like samosa, kachori and spread for a sandwich. It is not only tasty but also good for health. It is prepared without using any oil or stove.some restaurants, prepare this chutney with a lot of food color and sour yogurt.I really don’t like that chutney.
it helps for easy digestion of the food along with which we have taken.if you want a thick chutney just add partially hung yogurt.you can skip coriander leaves.you don’t need to add yogurt, for the Sandwich spread.just use lemon juice instead of yogurt.I have used green food color just for the vivid photos but I personally don’t prefer adding any artificial food colors.I hope you try and enjoy this beautiful chutney.
