Pudina Chicken recipe with step by step instructions.
Pudina Chicken is a delicious, mintalacious, fabulous Hyderabadi cuisine.taste of the recipe depends on the green masala paste which is prepared with fresh mint leaves, coconut pieces, and green chilies. I didn’t use boneless chicken in this recipe, but I suggest you, to use the boneless chicken.
if you want to make this recipe with gravy, add mint leaves paste and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.the chicken absorbs the mint flavor. then add 2 cups of water and cook until the gravy thickens.you may not see the oil oozing out as it is a thick gravy curry.
marination time is important for this mint chicken.this is the dry version of Pudina chicken. tastes good when served with Rotis or naan. Try this amazing Andhra restaurant-style recipe.do not forget to leave comments here… 🙂
