Ingredients
- For Masala
- coriander seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp
- cloves – 3
- cinnamon – 1/2 inch
- cardamom – 1
- For curry
- chopped country tomatoes – 500 grams
- chopped onions – 3 medium
- green chillies – 3
- paneer cubes – 200 grams
- butter – 30 grams
- oil – 2 tbsp
- salt – to taste
- turmeric powder – a pinch
- red chilli powder – 1 1/4 tsp
- ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsp
- whipped yogurt – 1/2 cup
- chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
Instructions
Preparing Masala
- heat a pan,add coriander seeds,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon.
- roast them on simmer until you feel nice flavor.
- transfer the ingredients to spice grinder jar and make into fine powder.keep aside.
Frying Paneer
- cut 200 grams of paneer into cubes.
- melt 15 grams of butter in a skillet.
- add paneer cubes and roast them all sides evenly.keep aside.
Cooking Paneer tomato korma
- heat oil and butter in a pan,add chopped onions,green chillies and fry until transparent.
- add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.
- add chopped tomatoes,mix for once,cover and cook till soft and tender.mix occasionally.
- add whipped yogurt ,mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- add masala,fried paneer,mix well and cook for 5 minutes on simmer.
- add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
